Still, would have liked to get Kompozer working on my system. Then, at the left of the Options window, click New Page Settings. From the KompoZer Tools menu, select Options. But, with Writer doing it, I guess I can just use that. From the KompoZer View menu, select Show/Hide and make sure the following toolbars are checked: Composition Toolbar, Format Toolbar 1, Format Toolbar 2, Edit Mode Toolbar and Status Bar. I found this out by opening every text editor on my system and trying them out, since Bluefish didn't work this way - none of them did this either. I don't know if you got it with Writer under Windows. Interesting note : In Libre Writer, you get this functionality. And no forum or easy way to contact the Bluefish people to find out how to do this. This free program was originally created by Thorsten Fritz. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. So, this is a case of needing that functionality, and not knowing if Bluefish has it, or how to use it if it does. Download of KompoZer 0.8b3 was on the developers website when we last checked. If you get a list of 100's of URL's, you don't know what is what. In Bluefish, when you paste them into it, it only pastes in the URL's. When the window appears to connect to the drive, type ‘smb:///users/ username’. So you could come back later and know what each video was in an instant. In Windows, I could then past it into the window for Komposer and it put in the list of videos with the descriptions as links. Members of a Composer page can be accidently or intentionally located outside the visible area of the Composer window. When I was on Windows, I could use a neat little extension called "Snaplinks Plus" to right click, drag down the list of the videos, and then a menu popped up which included "Copy to Clipboard". Or I'm watching something and I see some other interesting videos I may want to watch later in the suggestions - whatever the case may be. If the one I'm watching doesn't work, maybe one of the other ones will, so I want to save the list of them for later viewing. On the right is a list of suggested videos. I think the video I have watched is going to work, but with cars you never know. Sometimes I am watching a youtube video, let's say a video about how to do a car repair. Click the 'Insert' button to close the window. This time select 'Paste' from the menu that appears. Return to Nvu or KompoZer, and click the right mouse button again. Click the right button on your mouse and select 'Copy' (or its equivalent in your browser) from the menu that appears. ![]() Tried all of the above solutions, Kompozer still won't start and run for me. Switch to your web browser, and select the embed code. It didn't work in the way I needed it to, they have no support forum to ask how I make it run the way I need it to, and I need that particular functionality of Kompozer that Bluefish doesn't give. ![]() Thanks for that information Piotr, I downloaded Bluefish and installed it. Equally, a Release Manager must be confident enough to manage up and provide reporting as well as meeting updates to the Senior IT Management like the CIO and CTO as well as business management. Typically a Release Manager needs to interface and communicate with Test Managers, Dev Managers, IT Ops and off-course the PMO on a daily basis.
